This document describes the process through which the Share-PSI 2.0 Thematic Network is developing the set of best practices that relate to policies around the implementation of the revised PSI Directive (Sections 2, 3 and 4), the stable versions of the Best Practices (Sections 5) and current status of implementation or adoption of the Best Practices by partner countries (Section 7).
