N2  - Governance and Territorial Development (GOV) initiative, has been working to identify the key issues for innovation in government and what can be done to achieve greater impact.To learn from governments on the leading edge of this field, OPSI has partnered with the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and its Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation (MBRCGI) , as part of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)-OECD Governance Programme, to conduct a global review of new ways in which governments are transforming their operations and improving the lives of their people, culminating in this report.  Through research and an open Call for Innovations, the review surfaces key trends, challenges, and success factors in innovation today, as well as examples and case studies to illustrate them and recommendations to help support innovation.; La iniciativa de Gobernabilidad y Desarrollo Territorial (GOV) ha estado trabajando para identificar los temas clave para la innovación en el gobierno y lo que se puede hacer para lograr un mayor impacto. Para aprender de los gobiernos a la vanguardia de este campo, OPSI se ha asociado con el Gobierno de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos (EAU) y su Centro de Innovación Gubernamental Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBRCGI), como parte del Programa de Gobernabilidad de la OCDE para Oriente Medio y el Norte de África (MENA), para llevar a cabo una revisión global de las nuevas formas en que los gobiernos están transformando sus operaciones y mejorar las vidas de su gente, que culminó en este informe. A través de la investigación y una convocatoria abierta para innovaciones, la revisión presenta las tendencias, los desafíos y los factores de éxito clave en la innovación actual, así como ejemplos y estudios de casos para ilustrarlos y recomendaciones para ayudar a respaldar la innovación
