The aim of this report is to present information on characteristics that differentiate jobs and recommend most pertinent profiles. The defined profiles have been selected based on desk research as well as surveys and focus group discussions with employers’ organizations, educators and job agencies in all partner countries. Using job analysis, i.e. the systematic breakdown of a job into its component parts such as: job duties, job requirements, including also the relative importance of these duties for a given job, eight (8) jobs profiles have been identified, which will serve as input for the profiling tool development. These include: Digital Media <br/>Specialist, Customer Service Support Representative, Personal/Project Assistant, Tester - Quality Assurance, Data Protection Specialist, Graphic Designer, Data Analyst, and Junior Web Developer. |
