Después del golpe que representó el COVID-19, 2021 será un año de cambio digital súbito y profundo. Los confinamientos y otras restricciones han quebrado viejos hábitos y han creado otros nuevos, pero sólo este año vamos a descubrir cuán fundamentales han sido esos cambios. Si bien muchos anhelamos el retorno a la “normalidad”, la realidad probablemente será diferente al asomarnos con cautela a un mundo donde lo físico y lo virtual coexisten de formas novedosas.<br/>Este también será un año de reestructuración económica y los medios se volcarán en la suscripción y el comercio electrónico, dos modelos de negocio de cara al futuro que se han disparado por la pandemia. Si bien la incertidumbre ha incrementado las audiencias para el periodismo en casi todas partes, los medios que aún dependen de los ingresos por productos impresos o publicidad digital afrontan un año difícil, con más fusiones, recortes y cierres. |
