| Summary, etc. | Se ha producido una importante aceleración de las transacciones móviles durante la pandemia de la COVID-19, ya que las restricciones debidas al confinamiento han limitado el acceso al dinero en efectivo y a las instituciones financieras. Esa aceleración se traduce en un aumento del 65% del número de transacciones internacionales durante 2020. Por otro lado, el número de cuentas registradas creció un 13% en todo el mundo hasta superar los 1.200 millones, el doble de lo previsto. El crecimiento más rápido se ha producido en los mercados en los que los Gobiernos han proporcionado una ayuda significativa a sus ciudadanos durante la pandemia. |
