El informe tiene por objeto mostrar el impacto que están teniendo y tendrán en la sociedad las plataformas Low-Code, también conocidas como plataformas de desarrollo de aplicaciones que utilizan poco código. Además, muestra cómo se podría tomar ventaja de esta tecnología para solventar uno de los mayores retos actuales, la falta de talento digital. Las tecnologías de Low-Code se definen como aquellas que minimizan o eliminan la codificación manual necesaria para desarrollar y desplegar aplicaciones de software. También reducen la inversión en tiempo y/o coste y simplifican la formación necesaria de los equipos encargados de crear, evolucionar o mantener dichas aplicaciones. En el contexto actual, suponen un nuevo paradigma tecnológico que está llamado a revolucionar el campo del desarrollo TI. |
