La inteligencia artificial (IA) recoge datos en tiempo real relativos a los empleados y la manera en que desempeñan sus funciones y estos datos se utilizan para tomar decisiones de gestión automatizadas o semiautomatizadas en el lugar de trabajo. El auge irrevocable de estos sistemas de gestión de trabajadores basados en la IA presenta oportunidades, pero también riesgos y retos para los trabajadores.<br/><br/>En este informe se describen las características de estas nuevas formas de gestión de trabajadores, las consecuencias que su implantación puede tener en la salud, la seguridad y el bienestar de los trabajadores y cómo abordarlas desde el punto de vista de la investigación, las políticas y la práctica. Asimismo, se ofrecen recomendaciones en materia de políticas, investigación y aplicación para el desarrollo y el uso de sistemas de gestión de trabajadores basados en la IA centrados en el ser humano. |
