Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar y examinar opciones de políticas para el marco de gobernanza de datos de Europa que se alinean con una perspectiva de justicia de datos. El análisis ofrece tanto una evaluación de la estrategia de gobernanza de datos de la UE global y específica<br/>opciones de política para la ley de IA, la ley de gobierno de datos y la ley de datos. Se proponen cuatro puntos de referencia para una buena gobernanza de datos, en línea con los principios de la justicia: 1) preservación y fortalecimiento de los derechos públicos 2) infraestructura y bienes públicos 3) inclusión, contestabilidad y rendición de cuentas 4) responsabilidad global.<br/> |
