Esta lista de comprobación describe las características clave que deben tener en cuenta las autoridades de gestión y los organismos intermedios del Fondo Social Europeo Plus (FSE+) cuando quieran estimular la innovación y promover la digitalización en el empleo, la educación y la formación. La lista de comprobación se ha desarrollado como parte del trabajo de la Plataforma de Cooperación Transnacional del FSE (2020-2022). Las preguntas que figuran en este documento servirán de guía a quienes gestionan o ejecutan el FSE y el FSE+, incluidas las autoridades de gestión, los organismos intermedios, los ministerios competentes y las organizaciones que trabajan para desarrollar proyectos e iniciativas que promuevan la digitalización en el empleo, la educación y la formación. El documento se basa en la experiencia y las recomendaciones de los miembros de la Comunidad de Práctica (CoP) compartidas a través de las actividades de la Plataforma de Cooperación Transnacional del FSE relacionadas con la educación y las competencias. En particular, se basa en las reflexiones de la visita de estudio "Acciones prácticas para fomentar el desarrollo de experiencias de aprendizaje digital de alta calidad" que tuvo lugar los días 9 y 10 de mayo de 2022. |
