El Observatorio del Marco de Interoperabilidad de Ubicación (LIFO) supervisa la implementación de buenas prácticas de interoperabilidad de ubicación en las administraciones públicas europeas, en función del nivel de adopción de recomendaciones en las cinco áreas de enfoque del Blueprint del Marco de Ubicación de la Unión Europea (EULF).<br/>10 países participaron en el monitoreo de LIFO 2019 y 23 países en LIFO 2020. Cuatro de los 10 países que participaron en ambos años contribuyeron a una evaluación de LIFO desde cinco perspectivas: evaluación del proceso de LIFO, herramientas en línea de LIFO, difusión, uso de LIFO resultados y evolución de LIFO. Los hallazgos se recopilan en una evaluación estructurada y las conclusiones y recomendaciones generales se elaboran juntas. La retroalimentación y el inventario se utilizarán para planificar medidas de seguimiento adecuadas a medida que las acciones sobre interoperabilidad de ubicación se transfieran de ISA2 al Programa Europa Digital. |
