El informe actual presenta una actualización del Indicador de Habilidades Digitales (DSI 2.0). El indicador revisado es el resultado del trabajo realizado en 2019-2022 dentro del Euro Statistics Working Group y sigue la metodología establecida por el Manual de la OCDE/JRC sobre la construcción de indicadores compuestos. El objetivo era modernizar el indicador adaptándolo a DigComp 2.0 así como mantenerlo al día con la tecnología. El informe describe primero el Marco de competencias digitales (DigComp 2.0), que se utiliza como marco teórico subyacente, y luego presenta los resultados de la validación empírica del Indicador de habilidades digitales actualizado (DSI 2.0). |
