El presente informe tiene por objeto trazar y analizar la legislación y la negociación colectiva en materia de teletrabajo en los 27 Estados miembros y Noruega. Destaca las principales diferencias y similitudes entre países con respecto a la legislación de teletrabajo y los cambios recientes en estas regulaciones. También examina la situación actual de la negociación colectiva en materia de teletrabajo. El análisis destaca muchos de los inconvenientes y desafíos del teletrabajo, centrándose en las disposiciones relacionadas con el acceso al teletrabajo, el tiempo de trabajo flexible, la disponibilidad / conectividad continua, el aislamiento, la prevención de riesgos laborales y de salud y los costos incurridos por el empleado mientras trabaja a distancia. Dado que la COVID-19 ha sido un acelerador para regular el teletrabajo tanto en la legislación como a través de la negociación colectiva, el informe arroja luz sobre cómo el futuro del teletrabajo podría regularse a nivel nacional y de la UE para mejorar las condiciones de trabajo y el bienestar de los trabajadores. |
