El informe desvela los efectos sobre la economía española que tendría el cierre de la brecha de género en profesiones digitales. Señala que las brechas de género en este ámbito se presentan en cinco dimensiones: habilidades digitales, formación digital, empleo, notoriedad y trabajo híbrido. Si se atiende a los datos de ocupación, entre 2019 y 2021 las mujeres en profesiones digitales han crecido a un ritmo anual del 5,6%, mientras los hombres lo hacían al 2,1%. De continuar con este ritmo, la brecha de género en las ocupaciones digitales tardará 32 años en cerrase (en 2053) |
