Este documento considera iniciativas financiadas por el RRF para apoyar a las pymes en la transición digital. Concluye que si bien hay muchas áreas de buenas prácticas, los riesgos persisten debido a la falta de objetivos basados en resultados, la complejidad de algunos esquemas y niveles relativamente bajos de financiación en relación con la ambición en algunos casos. La introducción de objetivos basados en marcos de habilidades (preferiblemente armonizados) y evaluaciones de madurez digital podría ayudar a establecer el valor agregado de las iniciativas para apoyar a las pymes. |
