Este documento analiza el pilar digital de los Planes de Recuperación y Resiliencia (RRP) nacionales para identificar las iniciativas clave, examinar la distribución de recursos, evaluar el estado actual de implementación y definir los principales desafíos para alcanzar los objetivos generales.<br/><br/>Para ello, se han analizado reformas e inversiones en 5 áreas diferentes: conectividad, digitalización de la administración pública (AP), inteligencia artificial (IA) e Industria 4.0, habilidades digitales y ciberseguridad. También se ha investigado la distribución de recursos en estas áreas y el estado de implementación en referencia a los hitos y objetivos, con el fin de comprender la situación real del pilar digital del Fondo de Recuperación y Resiliencia (RRF) e identificar los posibles retos. |
