Acceso al documento Resumen: The main objective of the study is to provide policy guidance to Member States on how to extract relevant learning, and act upon the results of the benchmarking exercise (data collection and reporting). The aim is to provide each Member State with a clear, concise interpretation of the benchmarking results and propose actionable policy recommendations on how the country can improve in order to fulfil the vision of the eGovernment Action Plan by adhering to its underlying principles and policy priorities. In other words: this study will use the diagnosis contained in the benchmarking reports in order to prescribe an appropriate course of action for the future. The expected result is to provide short, focused, country specific analytical reports which can be used by policy makers in the field of eGovernment in each Member State in order to accelerate the digital transformation of each government.
