It brings the relevant research into a single place and aims to act as a data- and insightdriven resource for stakeholders at a time of ignificant evolution in the online landscape. In this report we set out business models and industry trends, alongside people’s use of and attitudes to the internet. Put together, this provides a valuable and unique evidence base to better understand any potential harms resulting from the use of online services.
