The TISC program helps countries to access and make more effective use of patent information, scientific and technical literature and search tools and databases, thus boosting their IP capacity. It promotes innovation, technology transfer, commercialization and utilization of technologies across 78 countries.The TISC program is administered by the Innovation and Knowledge Infrastructure Department of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
