This report covers all 27 EU Member States and offering additional insights into the allocation of NIS budgets of OES/DSP, the economic impact of cybersecurity incidents and the organisation of cybersecurity in these operators. In addition, global cybersecurity market trends are presented through Gartner security data and insights observed globally and in the EU, in order to provide a better understanding of the relevant dynamics. In this second edition, additional and complementary questions were asked to the surveyed organisations. Overall, 48.9 % of surveyed organisations acknowledge a very significant or significant impact of the NIS Directive on their information security (IS).
